The issue is not only evident in the society it also escalates to the learning institutions where black American children are bullied. They are considered as having an African origin or having ancestors who were among the slaves working for the white around 1800 B.C. Contrarily; the black people have justified the notion by reinforcing self-hate and openly spew the issues every time an argument about racism comes up. Every human is equal and Identical, creating divisions based on skin color is illogical in any democratic country.According to the Americans perspective, race and class are co- related. Notably, this has been caused by the social- political foundations in the country. In the 18th century, a large number of the white men obtained their wealth from the slave trade and slave labor from the black people. The white were able to build strong financial empires at the expense of the black people, the native perspective, therefore, has not changed, the black community is still riffled with unshakable poverty. Moreover, employers in a significant number of companies tend to discriminate people based on their skin color, and, therefore, the affluent white men get an opportunity to leverage their income through such employment opportunities.Unity is critical in any nation. Having a special month meant for a particular will divide the country into partitions or rather groups based on the color. According to statistics, there is a substantial number of criticism cases based on ethnical backgrounds. Black people are portrayed as lazy and unproductive in the so ciety. Contrarily, the largest population that receives welfare from the government is the white people. The question that arises is why a population that is characterized by the whites, the affluent would, still require financial aid form the government while the group criticized seem to be financially sound? According to statistics taken to scrutinize the percentage of the whites who benefit from the program, the percentage of the whites exceeds the blacks by one percent. A majority of the black people are not beneficiaries of the welfare program and a considerable number of them are either employed or in business. However, it is impossible to have a society that depends solely on itself. In 1996, President Clinton signed the amendment of the à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Actà ¢Ã¢â ¬. The Act contained strict rules and conditions for one to qualify as a recipient of the program. The requirements include proof of unemployment and c ertificates that ascertain disability.A countries prosperity and progress depends on the prospects.
